Engineering

The Beta team spent four months engineering the product's internal mechanism for manufacturing, working closely with Fussy's manufacturing partner to create design-for-manufacture (DFM) ready CAD designs.

The team rigorously tested and iterated on various aspects including internal mechanisms, refill size & construction and overall product size, ensuring product durability and an enhanced user experience. The choice of recycled ABS materials aligned with Fussy's sustainability goals and bathroom suitability.
